Understanding Your Bill

All recent activity is listed on your bill. This includes any payments, credits, or policy changes since your last premium statement. (A complete description of policy changes can be found on your policy/declarations page.) Any transactions posted after the billing date will appear on your next statement.

Your billing statement is accurate as of the day it was produced. To obtain a more current status of your balance prior to your next statement:

  • Visit the Pay Your Bill page on this site (remember, you must log in) and look for the Policy Balance amount; or
  • Call 1-877-624-7775 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday - Friday to speak with a customer service representative.
